Q: Can I order through the website and pick up my items instead of delivery?
A: No, At this time our boutique only does local pick up and delivery for ON HAND items posted on our business page.
Q: Can I be refunded for items that haven’t been received by shipping carrier?
A: YES, if you have provided correct address and WE ship to the wrong address on our end you can be reimbursed. However, if you insert the incorrect shipping information that will not be refunded. If our shipping carrier has delivered your package with PROOF of delivery then you also will not be refunded. If your package is lost by our shipping carrier or damaged, please reach out directly to customer support!
Q: Can I order items not listed on your website?
A: YES! There will be items posted to our business page that you can order for local pick up/ delivery and, for shipping!
